ESU activation till 2026 doesn't function

My laptop was set up about 10 years ago by a professional administrator at a small company. I was able to take my PC with me for personal use when I left the company in 2020, and I'm still running Windows 10 on it. I tried to renew my ESU. It's not working.

    Many people are still reporting at this late stage, they have not yet received the offer to enroll for the ESU yet.

    Do you log into Windows 10 with a personal Microsoft account?

    Click your Start Button, then just type winver and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog box.

    On the Windows Updates section in the Settings app, is it indicated 'The ESU is coming to your PC soon'?
