Is MS Access available to entire family in 365 Family Plan?

I am wondering if MS Access is available to all 6 users or just the primary user in the 365 Family plan.

Yes, "Microsoft Access is now included as part of Microsoft 365 Family or Personal, Microsoft 365 Apps for business and Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscriptions."
