ESU Enrollment bug

For some inknown and apparently inexplicable reason, even though my PC is designated eligible, I cannot complete Extended Security Upgrades Enrollment. My PC locks on a "in progrss scroll" but never completes the "enrollment". I've been missing related updates, if any, since October 14th. MS is notably silent on any related problems with such enrollment.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

This issue may be related to an ongoing rollout or a temporary bug in the ESU enrollment process. Since Microsoft hasn’t released an official fix or statement yet, the best step for now is to wait patiently while they address it through future updates.

I’d suggest waiting a few hours and then trying again. In the meantime, restart your PC, and make sure your Windows is fully updated and that your internet connection is stable before retrying.

If the issue persists, please try using a different internet source and ensure there’s no active VPN, DNS-changing service, or any third-party feature that could interfere with the connection.

Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
