Is the email used or connected to a Microsoft account/email?

This could help. If you have also forgotten your MyBell PIN, you must log in to your MyBell account first to reset it. If you encounter further issues, you may need to call Bell's technical support for assistance with your account.
I have very limited knowledge with the sympatico email and I really recommend you to contact Bell tech support.
