Can't login

When I log into the old mine craft launcher using my Microsoft credentials it logs me into a separate mine craft account that does not have the realm or mine craft bought.

When I try to use the new launcher Microsoft will not let me log in at all and gives me an error code posted above. I can also not log into the Microsoft store without the same error code. Additionally the email associated with my account is ta*****@gmail.com which is an email i do not recognize and is not mine so I cant use that one to get a verification code.

Based on what you have mentioned: "email associated with my account, which is an email i do not recognize and is not mine so I cant use that one to get a verification code." Your Microsoft account was indeed compromised.

The hacker was able to remove your account's primary email/security info email and replace it with the hacker's email.

Your primary email created a new Microsoft account (without your purchased contents), which is why when you logged in to the old Minecraft Launcher, it showed that you do not have any realm or game license.

The only way to recover a hacked account is through the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide:

If the account recovery web form doesn't work, and since the email address has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.
