Outlook sync issues

I have recently upgraded my laptop and am having issues sending emails. They go eventually if I restart my machine but there is clearly something wrong.

I have checked the sync issues folder and there is always something in there but I cannot work out what the fix for the issues is - one of the messages is:

09:59:18 Synchroniser Version 16.0.19231.20044

09:59:18 Synchronising Mailbox ’******@ucchire.com’

09:59:18 Synchronising Hierarchy

09:59:18                 3 folder(s) updated in online store

09:59:21 Terminated in error

09:59:21                             [800CCC0E-0-0-940]

I have tried to repair the account but always get the message 'Hmmm… can't reach this page

localhost refused to connect.'

I have no internet problems!

Thank you for any help, this is starting to drive me mad!

    Hello Dany,

From the logs you posted, It may be a known issue in which the last Windows update broke the connection to localhost.

Have you tried to rollback first? Let me know.
