Issues with adding Users

I am having issues adding Users to our MS 360. My team seems to not be receiving the emails where they create their profiles/passwords after being added as a User. Anyone else having this issue?

    Just following up as I haven’t seen any updates regarding Stefan’s query. Has the issue been resolved, or is it still in progress?
