    Hello

Did Microsoft tell you why you need new scanner? Did you check with Scansnap support?

Is this your exact model? https://www.ricoh-usa.com/en/products/pd/equipment/scanners/scansnap-ix100-scanner

If so, if you go here: https://www.pfu.ricoh.com/global/scanners/scansnap/dl/ Select your model, then Windows 11, then click show driver/software list, it does show Windows 11 driver you can download and install. Is that what you've done already? If so, why won't it install, for example, what error did it give you?

Also, any chance your computer is on ARM processor? If you are not sure about what this means, please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up please.
