I'm trying to run windows backup on a new computer. I'm signed in and created a file called 'backup" called backup in One Drive. I'm in the windows backup utility but the 'start' button is not visible. Much thanks.

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

Did you check if your Windows version supports backing up to OneDrive directly? Windows Backup does not allow OneDrive as a backup destination. It only works with an external drive, network location, or internal drive.

You should pick one of these supported locations in the backup settings. OneDrive can store your files separately, but it cannot be used for the Windows Backup utility.
