Is my Excel Fully Functioning?

Hello,

I am not sure why my vlookup is not working. I have even tried to use the trim function in it. I can see the value that I want to pick. I have reviewed online if my formula is off, but it is not. I move the lookup value from the left to the right and still nothing.

Thank you,
