Our business Microsoft Bookings is not allowing external publishing and I am getting an error message. When going to publish externally it is saying "Your administrator has disabled publishing externally. This page is no longer available to anyone. Please contact your administrator to change this setting and enable sharing."

I am the admin and haven't changed anything so just wondering how to change this back. When copying the new link this is what it shows: https://outlook.office.com/book/******@btts.biz/?ismsaljsauthenabled

    Hi Mya,

Please try to check if the org settings are properly configured by going to Microsoft 365 admin center:

Go to Settings > org settings > bookings > ensure booking is turned on for your organization

Then double check as well the shared booking controls

Go to Settings > Org settings > Bookings > Shared Bookings/Granular controls > look for a setting called "blocked shared bookings from outside your organization > if its enabled, people outside your tenant cannot access the booking page.

Note: Changes to tenant settings may take up to four hours to apply.

For more information, you can check this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/bookings/granular-controls-shared-bookings?view=o365-worldwide&utm_source=chatgpt.com
