Hi,

I recently created this new account a few days ago, but I’m having trouble sending emails. I keep getting a message saying that I’ve reached my daily sending limit, even though I’ve sent fewer than 20 emails.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

Dharwin

Hello Dharwin Robet, Thanks for posting this in our community. Microsoft places restrictions on newly created accounts to help prevent spam and abuse. Even if you've only sent a few emails, the system may still flag your account due to factors like unverified identity, rapid sending behavior, or email content that resemble spam patterns. See: Sending limits in Outlook.com

My suggestion is, first make sure your account is fully verified. You can do this by signing in at account.microsoft.com and confirming your phone number and alternate email address. This helps build trust in your account and may increase your sending limits over time.

    Hope this helps,

    Kind regards,

    John Oli
