emails with authorization codes not coming

The emails with authorization codes from ticketsbox.com are not coming through, although they used to arrive before. What should I do to fix this?

    Hello,

    Make sure to add ticketsbox.com to the safe senders and domains.

    In Outlook open settings, mail, junk email, then add the entire website as a safe sender
