Microsoft Certification ID different from the one I was e-mailed

Hi,

I just passed MB-920 exam, and was e-mailed instruction to have access to my certificate. I followed the instruction and set up a Microsoft Certification Account. I used the account with the same e-mail I received the instruction. However, my Microsoft Certification ID different from the one I was E-mailed and I don't see my certificate in the dashboard under the new ID. I also can't view transcript. Please help to fix the issue or let me know what I need to do to fix the issue.
