    Hi, thanks for your question.

Is it a Microsoft account or a local account on your Windows 11 PC?

Even if your account is an Administrator, Windows still asks for confirmation when making certain changes through User Account Control.

To check, go to Settings > Accounts > Your info and make sure it says Administrator under your name. If it says Standard user, go to Settings > Accounts > Family & other users, select your account, choose Change account type, and pick Administrator.

If your account is already an Administrator, the prompts are normal and part of Windows security.
