I am not receiving emails and calendar invites from a particular domain (@optum.com). How do I white list them to be able to receive them?

    Hello,

    Are you using outlook.com address?

    If so, go to https://www.outlook.com

After you sign in, go to the gear icon on the upper right to launch Settings. Then go to the Mail tab > Rules.

Click on Add a new rule. Name your rule anything such as "Whitelist Optum.com"

Then for condition, choose "Sender address includes", then type in optum.com and press enter.

Then for action, choose Move to > Inbox.

    Then save the rule.
