Win 25H2 not installing.

Not updating to Win 25H2. Receive an error message.

I am having the same issue. I am getting the error 0xC1900101-0x4001E. I have tried disconnecting all external hardware and doing a clean boot and that has not helped. I have updated all my drivers and my BIOS is up to date. Hi Frank, thanks for posting here in the Microsoft community, sorry you're having trouble with the 25H2 update. If there's an error code, that could help narrow it down.

In the meantime, check if any external drives are causing drive letter reassignment and this can block updates. Also, make sure your system has all previous updates installed.

You might try running the Windows Update Troubleshooter or using the Update Assistant tool from Microsoft's site. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11
