Migration from one Azure environment to another Azure environment

Hello how are you? I'm facing a problem in my company and I'd like to know if you can help me. How would I migrate an azure environment from a customer's environment to a new Azure environment in my company? have any indication of studies, course, youtube video, book, something like that? I consulted the Microsoft's page, but it's not very specific for my problem.
We have to migrate Data lake gen1, data lake gen2, data factory, Azure SQL database, analysis Service, and the two main sources of data are OSI Soft and SAP.
One guy told me that it's possible by requesting customer's ARM templates, but can you show me in more details how to do it?

    Do you mean to migrate resources from one Azure AD tenant to Another Azure AD tenant subscription.

    Transferring an Azure subscription to a different Azure AD directory is a complex process that must be carefully planned and executed. In some scenarios, transferring a subscription might require downtime to complete the process.
