Does anyone know how to get support to call you back? I have had a case open for two weeks and nobody will call me, the automated system won’t let me talk to a human and tells me I need to email from the email associated with the account (we are locked out of the account and that’s the reason for the support request). I then am told by the automated assistant to call use the support website but no matter what option I choose there I am directed to login which I can’t do.

    Hi @John Westlund

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I’m really sorry to hear that you haven’t received a response to your support requests. I understand how difficult it can be to wait for assistance, especially when you're trying to move forward with an important issue.

Since your Microsoft 365 services are purchased directly, and the case appears to be pending assignment, I’d be glad to look into this further for you.

To help me assist you more effectively, could you please share the support ticket number with me via private message? Once I have that, I’ll be able to review the situation and provide more targeted guidance.  User's image

Once we have these details, we’ll be able to proceed with a thorough review and follow up accordingly.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’ll make sure this is handled as quickly as possible.
