Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

If you are using an Outlook.com account, please check if you can manage to receive or send emails on the Outlook web. If you have a third-party account, please check on the email provider's official website. This is to check if there is a problem with your account or the app itself.
If your Outlook.com account still has the same issue, please check if Microsoft cloud storage is full. Please check your Mailbox storage. If it's full, please delete some emails and files. Please note that sometimes, it may take a while to sync and be able to receive and send emails again. Some users take up to 72 hours, and some take up to 1 week.
