Delete command in outlook not working

After having used my Gmail for a few months, I decided to go back to my Outlook and the delete command at the end of the email or in the ribbon no longer works.

Thanks for sharing the details, Bonnie! Could be caused by a corrupted view.

Go to your Inbox (or any folder where Delete doesn’t work).

On the ribbon, click View → Reset View.

If prompted, confirm.

Close and reopen Outlook, then test Delete again.
