Startup Verification

Hi,

I received the initial $1,000 in credits and applied for an additional $5,000 through the startup verification process. However, I received a message stating: "We couldn’t verify your startup. We’ll switch you to a pay-as-you-go subscription once your original $1,000 in credits run out or expire."

How can I troubleshoot this issue and get in touch with verification team to see what went wrong? I am officially registered and running a startup as an Autonomo in Spain, so everything should be in order.

Thanks

    Hey there, Rajko Stijakovic

If you have not met the requirements for the additional $5'000 credit offer, please check the additional requirements you must meet for this offer here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/signups/overview#additional-eligibility-requirements

If you do not meet the additional requirements, then you won't be able to gain the additional credits. If you have had a look at the requirements, but still have questions on why you didn't meet the requirements, please reach out to the Azure Startups team here: https://portal.startups.microsoft.com/support-form

This will allow the team to have a look and see why you didn't meet the requirements.

    Hope this helps,
    Nathan
