cannot upgrade from Windows 10

mobo shows "UEFI BIOS", computer meets all other requirements. However, when I run windows PC Health check, it shows there is no UEFI BIOS.

Is this a false negative result?

    I need to check your hardware and what BIOS mode was used to install Windows 10.

    Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
