MFA Assistance

Question

I use the MFA mobile app for work, which is linked to my company email address. Several personal accounts are also associated with this email even though it shows my personal email address.

I need to ensure I retain access to my personal accounts if I leave the company. I am aware that MFA allows you to select between personal and work/school logins when adding new accounts, but I would prefer to have a completely separate profile tied to a different email address. Is this possible?

For example, Microsoft Edge allows me to maintain a separate profile using a different email address for personal and business use.
