    To make a document completely “unhighlightable,” you can limit interaction by sharing it as a PDF in view-only mode or converting it to an image format, which prevents text selection. If you're using Microsoft Word or OneDrive, setting permissions to “View Only” will restrict editing, though users may still be able to highlight text on screen.
