Request to Transfer Microsoft Certifications from Work Account to Personal Account

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance in transferring my Microsoft certifications from my work account to my personal account.

Details of the accounts involved:

  • Work Account Email: ******@cognizant.com
  • Personal Account Email: ******@gmail.com

MCID (Work Account):

  1. Certification Name: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals Credential ID: REDACTED Certification number:REDACTED Earned on: April 29, 2025
  2. Certification Name: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
    Credential ID: REDACTED Certification number: REDACTED Earned on: June 16, 2025 Expires on: June 17, 2026

I would like all certifications and achievements associated with my work account to be moved to my personal account so I can retain access regardless of my employment status.

Please let me know if any additional information or verification is required to proceed with this request.

    You can add your personal email address under setting/login account management from MS Learn team.
