    Hi Jo Ann,

    Try resetting your network. Open CMD as admin.User's image

    Hit enter and type this command one by one.

    netsh winsock reset
    netsh int ip reset
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns

    after that. Restart your laptop. Let me know how it goes.
