Not able to view my certification dashboard

Question

Dear Ms Team,

I have passed Azure AZ900 Fundamentals certification exam on 18 June 2021. That time, I was able to log in and download my exam certification. But now when I try, I am not able to view my dashboard and it asking me contact MS Support for it.

Pls look into this.
