E5 Developer Sandbox setup option missing in dashboard

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I have joined the Microsoft 365 Developer Program using my outlook account (******@outlook.com), completed my profile, and verified my phone number.

However, the "setup Microsoft 365 E5 developer Subscription" option is not visible on my dashboard. Could you please enable the E5 Sandbox environment for my account.
