Copilot features missing in Word/Powerpoint

I have a PC provided by my company with a local account.
There are two Microsoft accounts on the PC:

A – ******@mycompany.com → my company account

B – ******@myclient.com → the client account where I work

With account A, I have an Office 365 Business Standard licence for local Office installation.

With account B, I have the following licences: Office 365 E3 (which only allows web-based Office usage), and M36 Copilot (to access Copilot features within the client’s tenant).

So, account A is used only to activate the local Office 365 licence, while account B is used for Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.

In Office, I’m signed in with both accounts A and B, but the primary one is B.

I can use Copilot everywhere (Copilot app, Copilot Web, Outlook, Teams) within the client’s tenant except in Office, where the feature doesn’t appear.

If I access Office Web with account B, Copilot features are available, but not in the local version (where I’m signed in with both accounts A and B).

Of course, I can’t remove account A from Office because, having only an E3 licence for account B, Office wouldn’t be activated locally.

It seems like the two A and B accounts are conflicting in Office: any solution?
