    Hi David,

I completely understand how upsetting it is when you're trying to send an important email to your team and it just won’t go through. It’s especially frustrating when you're under pressure and relying on things to work smoothly.

    Let’s break this down together.

If you're unable to send an email to a small group like your four-person team, here are a few common reasons this might happen:

Recipient Restrictions: Sometimes, one or more of the email addresses you're sending to might have restrictions.

Sending Limits or Throttling: If you're using a work or school account, your organization may have policies that limit group emails or flag certain patterns as spam.

Email Client or Server Issues: There could be a temporary issue with your email provider’s servers or the app you're using.

Security or Compliance Filters: If your message contains certain keywords, attachments, or formatting, it might be flagged by automated filters especially in corporate environments.

    What you can try is:

Double-check the email addresses for typos or outdated contacts.

Send a test message to each person individually to see if one address is causing the issue.

Try sending from another device or browser to rule out local app issues.

Check your “Sent” or “Outbox” folder for any error messages or clues.

If you're using Outlook or Microsoft 365, you can also review your account’s message trace or delivery reports (if available) for more details.

If none of these help, I’d recommend contacting your IT admin or Microsoft Support directly they can check backend logs and permissions that aren’t visible to end users.

Let me know how it goes, I’m Happy to assist you in every way possible!
