Windows ‘User’ includes networked pc?

background:  I have one of my PCs using its File Explorer, its connection to my modem, and thus my ‘local area network’, to access another of my PCs.

question:  Is the accessing pc a ‘User’ of the accessed pc?, rather than:  Authenticated User;  Administrator;  or ‘System’.

Thank you.

I ask so that i can do more amateur thinking about editing Permissions.

    Hi ,

Sorry, it got a little confusing. Did you mean the "Users" group?

Does it only grant access to the network folder, or do you mean that the computers appear in the network tab in Windows Explorer for a regular user instead of administrators?

    Thanks
