Word 365 don´t print a range of page

Question

Hi,

from last week I have detected that Word 365 don´t print a range of pages. It happens with diferent printers (Canon, HP, Microsotf to pdf,...) and with all documentos.

I can print all the document or current page, but cant print a range or individual pages. When I push print button do nothing, the printer spool is empty.

This happens in all the computers at office.

Anyone have idea about this probleman can help me?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

A few days ago, I came across a similar thread, "Unable to print range of pages with the field NUMPAGES used inside the document". And Microsoft is investigating this issue.

Curently, I suggest you try the workaround, go to File > Options > Dispaly, make sure that you have ticked the box of "Update fields before printing".
