Weird email

I got a weird email saying I need to pay over $1,600 in litecoin cryptocurrency in 48 hours or else someone will post blackmail pictures. I know it is a scam but I wanted to see what people think. I looked it up and apparently, it is a very common scam that uses email phishing that looks like it was sent by the user's email. Was wondering what exactly this was and what I should do. I have 2FA enabled and changed my password just to be safe.

This is a well known scam known as the Pegasus Scam, the sender spoofed the senders address to look like your own Email, then they indicate they have access to your Email PC and data, and demand a crypto-currency payment,

This is just a scam, they do not have access to your account, PC or data, you can safely ignore and delete that Email, do not interact with the sender.
