Hello, I had a technical issue before starting my OnVUE exam. The mobile check-in website was stuck loading for over 40 minutes, and when I tried to use my laptop camera instead, the system didn’t allow me to complete the room scan. I couldn’t start the exam, and now the reschedule link says maintenance. Please help me reschedule or retake my exam.
