I received an Authenticator request that I did not initiate, but it expired before I saw it. I cannot tell which of the accounts I have on Authenticator it came from so I know which password to change, and I don’t see a log of requests, which should include what account the request was made for, the IP address and location info for the requestor and any other helpful, relevant data.
