I am using the complimentary training from DeVry after completing my BS in Networking, and I thought the next step is to obtain the Azure Network certification. I started an account while I was there, but I have not used it for a while, so it appears it has been deleted. How do I restart or recreate an Azure account with my MS account ******@newhart.com

    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,

You can create a new tenant by following the steps below,

    1. Go to the Microsoft Entra admin center and sign in with your Microsoft account. If you’re asked to pick an organization and one shows as blocked, choose a different organization (or “sign in with personal account only”). If you keep getting sent to the blocked tenant, start the sign-in again and explicitly choose a different directory; targeting a specific tenant or the generic “organizations” context avoids the blocked one. Microsoft Learn
    2. In Entra: Microsoft Entra ID → Manage tenants → Create. Pick Microsoft Entra ID (not B2C), then enter the org name and initial *.onmicrosoft.com domain. Finish the wizard. Microsoft Learn
    3. After creation, in the user menu choose Switch directory and set the new tenant as your default so future portal logins don’t bounce to the old, blocked one.
