Partner dashborad login problem
Dear Sir or Madam,
I have a Microsoft Action Pack subscription untill the end of this year and currently for about a month I am locked out of my account.
I am admin for my business account.
I canot acces my Partner dasboard because I am locked out of my account.
When I was setting up Microsoft Authenticator as a way of Two-factor authentication, I got an error, and after that, I am locked out of my account.
If I try other methods of loging in (call or text on registred number), I get a message: “Sorry, we're having trouble verifying your account. Please try again” (error picture is in attacment).
I have tryed contacting support by phone, and the AI asistent can not help me. Also, I can not send a ticket because I can not login to my Microsoft account.
Can you plese restore my account so I can set up Microsoft Authenticator again so I can access my account and my Microsoft Action Pack subscription privileges.
