Constant BSOD

Hi there,

I've been having repeated BSOD errors on and off for a few months now. Often this happens when II am using Facebook especially viewing the reels.

When I look at the minidump files or a tool called bluescreenviewer, the error is always with ntoskrnl.exe.

I have run SFC scannow, no issues. I have run CHKDSK, no issues. I have run DISM, no issues. I have updated Windows and drivers, didn't help (but maybe it's a driver I'm missing).

I'll add my computer specs below:

ASUS b450M

AMD Ryzen 5 processor

Radeon RX 570

Running Windows 11

Thanks

Please upload any minidump files you have, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so I can take a look for you.
