Missing "Test automated purchases" section

Question

Hello Support Team,

I cannot find the "Monetization" or "Test automated purchases" section for my game "Steam City: Building Game" in the Partner Center dashboard. I need to add tester accounts to validate in-app purchases.

I have already verified the following:

• My developer account's legal and tax profiles are completed and approved.
• The product has published Consumable IAPs in the Store.
• The product type is "Game".
• The pricing model is "Free".
• The checkbox "This product allows users to make purchases, but does not use the Microsoft Store commerce system" is NOT checked.

Despite all this, the necessary sections for managing purchase testing are completely missing from the management interface.

Please investigate and enable the "Test automated purchases" section for my product.
