how can i log into Minecraft java?

please help me when i try to log into minecraft java it says ” we could not validate your access please try log in again” and when i try to log in again it doesn’t work

Hello. Are you logging in with the exact Minecraft: Java Edition license-holding Microsoft account, and do you see Minecraft: Java Edition listed under “My games” in your account on minecraft.net?

1. Open your web browser and go to https://www.minecraft.net.
2. Click “Log In” at the top right.
3. Sign in with the same Microsoft account you normally use in the Minecraft Launcher.
4. After signing in, click your profile icon → “My Games”.
5. Look under “Minecraft: Java Edition”. • If you see a green “Download Launcher” button or “You own Minecraft: Java Edition”, your license is valid. • If you see “Buy Minecraft”, that account doesn’t own the game.
6. If you don’t see Java Edition there, sign out (top right > Sign out) and repeat steps 2–5 using any other Microsoft accounts you might have.
7. When you find the one showing “You own Minecraft: Java Edition”, that’s the account you must use in the Minecraft Launcher to log in.
