    Hi Ms,

Thank you for sharing your question. I understand that you are getting an unknown render failure on your OneDrive account, let’s sort this together.

Based on my knowledge It looks like this kind of error usually has to do with your account. It's probably not something you did, but more like OneDrive is having trouble showing your files from the cloud.

    Please follow these steps.

First, try resetting the OneDrive app on your computer:

    Close OneDrive all the way.

Press the Windows key + R, then type this in:

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

Start OneDrive again and sign in.

For the web version, give these a shot.

Clear out your browser's cache and cookies.

Open an incognito or private window.

See if OneDrive works on a different browser or device.

May I also ask if you are using a personal Microsoft account or one from work or school for OneDrive? Also, have you changed anything about your account or devices recently?

I hope this answer is helpful, if you have any questions, feel free to reply.

    Best Regard,

    Noel

    Hi Ms,

Thank you for confirming. So, you're using a personal Microsoft account, haven't changed anything lately, but OneDrive isn't syncing on any of your devices. Plus, the web version shows an unknown render failure with different correlation IDs.

Based on my knowledge this has been happening to other people. It seems to be a problem with your specific account on their side. It looks like resets, clearing the cache, and trying different browsers or devices don't fix it.

    What to Do Next.

Since you're using a personal account and the problem is on your computer, phone, and the web, your best bet is to contact Microsoft Support directly. Give them the correlation ID from the error message.

That way, their team can track down the exact problem in their logs.

    Start here, Microsoft OneDrive Support

Tell them the problem is happening with all your devices, and that you've already tried:

    Resetting OneDrive (onedrive.exe /reset)

Clearing your browser's cache and using incognito mode

    Reinstalling the OneDrive app

    Checking Microsoft Service Status

    I hope this Helps

    Best Regards,

    Noel
