i have camera issue

i have camera issue in my laptop it is not supporting to any websites and some times working but most of the times not working

Moved from BizTalk Server

    Open the Settings App, then go to the Security - Camera section, is that set to allow all apps to access your webcam?

    Are you only experiencing this problem with the webcam on websites, and if so, what web browser are you using, is the webcam+ working correctly in apps like the Camera app... etc?
