Request to Separate Merged Profiles for GitHub Copilot Exam Registration

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I am writing to request your help in resolving an issue with the GitHub Copilot exam registration. It seems that two profiles have been mistakenly merged under my account during my friend's exam rescheduling process.

Issue description:

Initially, both of us registered separately for the GitHub Copilot exam, and both confirmation emails were received correctly. However, when we rescheduled my friend’s exam, I (Rakshith) received the confirmation mail instead of him.

After contacting support, I was informed that two profiles are now linked to my account by mistake. I kindly request you to separate my friend’s exam registration into his own profile (under his email ID) and retain only my details under my own account.
