How to sync on prem AD to Azure AD and what are the prerequisites for the same?
You need to get on the latest version and that requires W2016 and above:

The older version supports W2012 but its begin retired. Do not install the older version!

Thanks @Andy David - MVP , As per docs it says we require windows server 2016 or later so is it same or we can do it on lower servers like 2012 or lower?
