Thanks for reaching out. First, do you see any message like “Camera not found” or “Permission denied” when using the Chrome extension?
Check if your camera is allowed in Windows by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and turn on access for your device and apps. Then, open Chrome Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > Camera and make sure the correct camera is selected and permission is set to “Allow.” If it still doesn’t work, update your camera driver in Device Manager and restart your computer.
