Account login problem

Hello

I can't login to my account anymore due to suspicious activity, noting that the phone number verification method is not available. Sometime i get that the blocking reason is due to password multiple wrong entry, and despite of changing password, still cannot login.

i need urgent support.

    Unfortunately, you will not be able to verify your account if it is temporarily blocked due to unusual activity.

    Please perform these steps to resolve an account block:

    1. Try using different devices and network services to reset your password.
    2. Wait 24 hours, but please make sure not to reset the password within that timeframe, as this may reset the cooldown.
    3. If the issue persists after 24 hours, try waiting exactly 48 hours before resetting the password again.
