Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I recently purchased a new laptop that came with Office 2021 included. While I have followed all the activation tutorials and completed the recommended steps, I am still unable to activate the Office suite successfully.

Despite multiple attempts and ensuring that all prerequisites are met, the issue persists. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest.

Please let me know if any additional information or documentation is required from my side.

Thank you for your support.

Microsoft no longer sells Office 2021, so you must have purchased it from a retailer. Ask the retailer for information on how to install and active Office 2021 properly.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

May I know what troubleshooting steps have you already taken? This will help me avoid recommending them again.

Did you use a Microsoft account when setting up Office on your laptop?

If so, could you check https://account.microsoft.com/services and let me know:

    • Which Office license appears there
    • The activation date (if listed)

This will help us figure out if the license is correctly linked to your account or if something else might be blocking activation.

Any additional info such as error message will be helpful in diagnosing and resolving the issue.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
