Thanks for reaching out Ajay. If BitLocker is giving you trouble with your password after a Windows update, here's what you can do:
First, try using your BitLocker recovery key instead. It's a 48-digit key that you might have saved to your Microsoft account, printed out, or put on a USB drive.
If you can’t find the recovery key, look in these places:
- Your Microsoft account: https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey
- Any USB drives or printouts where you might have saved it
- Your company's IT team if it's a work computer
If you still can't get in, tell me which Windows version you installed and if this is your personal computer or a work machine.
