I can log into my account and I see my 5 devices but there is only one bit locker that has a code. How do I get codes assigned to my other devices

Dear John, I'm Henry and I'd like to share some thoughts on your issue.

Only one of your devices currently has a BitLocker recovery key. The others probably haven’t had BitLocker or Device Encryption turned on, or their keys weren’t saved to your Microsoft account.

Check each device to make sure BitLocker is on and the key is backed up. After that, choosing Save to your Microsoft account will make the keys appear at https://aka.ms/myrecoverykey.

If any devices are managed by a company, the keys might be in Azure AD or Intune, so you would need to ask your IT admin.User's image
